10 days, planned morning to evening.
Arrival in Srinagar
Fly into Srinagar Airport; our representative receives you and transfers you to your houseboat on Dal Lake.
Check in and settle into the houseboat; free time to relax on the lake.
Sunset Shikara ride across Dal Lake, past the floating gardens and old wooden bridges.
Gulmarg & Pahalgam (Day 1 of 2)
Drive from Srinagar to Gulmarg (about 1.5–2 hours) through pine forest roads.
Gulmarg Gondola cable car ride, Phase 1 & 2 (own cost), weather permitting; free time at the snow point or meadow.
Return drive to Srinagar.
Gulmarg & Pahalgam (Day 2 of 2)
Drive from Srinagar to Pahalgam, stopping at Awantipora ruins and Pampore saffron fields en route.
Local sightseeing by union vehicle (own cost) covering Betaab Valley, Aru Valley and Chandanwari.
Return drive to Srinagar.
Sonamarg & Prep for Ladakh
Drive along the Sindh river to Sonamarg (about 2.5–3 hours).
Pony ride or short trek (own cost) toward the Thajiwas Glacier viewpoint.
Return drive to Srinagar.
Drive to Leh
Fly into Leh (Kushok Bakula Rimpochee) Airport; our representative transfers you to your hotel.
Complete rest — no sightseeing today, this is a mandatory acclimatisation day for the altitude.
Light walk around the hotel only if you're feeling well; hydrate and rest.
Leh Local Sightseeing
Visit Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace, both with sweeping valley views.
Walk through Leh's main market and old town at a gentle pace.
Free evening, continued acclimatisation.
Pangong Lake
Drive from Nubra to Pangong Lake via the Shyok river route.
Arrive at Pangong, check in at a lakeside stay.
Watch the lake change colour at sunset.
Nubra Valley
Drive from Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La, one of the world's highest motorable passes.
Continue descent into Nubra Valley, arriving at Hunder or Diskit.
Check in at Nubra, free evening.
Leh Local
